I ordered the combo Steak Taco meal. On my second bite into this "soft taco" my molar came into contact with something very hard. I heard a cracking sound and then discovered that my crown had cracked due to this foreign object in my taco. I immediately went back to the store with culprit taco in hand. I was told to call back and speak to the Manager. I then had the unfortunate experience of speaking to someone who claimed to be the "franchise" owner who rudely told me that there isn't anything hard in the taco and in essence I must be lying. I stated that I would like to have his establishment pay for my replacement crown and was told to take a flying leap. I will NEVER frequent this slummy place, nor will I ever step foot into any Baja Fresh establishment. Future customers be warned..... ordering anything from this joint may cost you far more than what the menu states.
