This is a really good neighborhood Thai place. The service is always very gracious, the food is great-more upscale and refined than many other Thai places in the area, although maybe just a bit pricier. If you want it super spicy, you'll need to ask for it; they seem to adjust for the American palate here more than some Thai places in town that want to shock you with spice. I've been here many times, and have never been disappointed by the food or the sweet service.
I noticed that an earlier reviewer complained that his food was cold and soggy; what did he expect when by his own admission he got there a half an hour after they said it would be ready? Try Takzin; you'll enjoy it.

Driven by this place lots of times, Ordered delivery, was told 30-40 minutes, showed up an hour later. Wontons were cold and soggy, "Spicy" Garlic beef was far from spicy, the best part of the meal was the rice.
