the food CAN be great IF they get the order straight! We have tried Dona time and time again and 1 out of 10 times they get our order straight...very very frustrating! I find that when I speak Spanish the service is better but even then....Further, most of the people who answer the phone speak in a very derogatory tone to those of us who speak English. SOOO if you are going to order over the phone...speak in Spanish...and no matter what your language, do NOT order over the Internet. Even if the food were stellar, the service negates whatever might otherwise be considered good. Tonight is our final Dona Rosa night! Thank you Elena for fixing our order tonight..and NOTE to owners....you are in California..most of us speak spanish but not as fluently as a Mexico native. You NEED to have a manager who is FLUENT in english to talke orders.
