The stripped-down operation focuses solely on grinding fresh masa to order, perfect for tamales, tortillas, and pupusas. Step inside and you'll feel transported to Mexico, with clean concrete floors, a warm owner, and the mesmerizing sight of corn being ground into masa right before your eyes.
