The restaurant has friendly staff, clean surroundings, good food and baked items, reasonable prices, and convenient plaza parking available. I enjoyed the delicious halo-halo with perfect shaved ice and jellies, while finding the flan to be exceptionally tasty. The service was outstanding, with a warm welcome extended to me and my three-year-old toddler, making it a great experience overall.
