On New Year's Day, the atmosphere buzzed with a blend of excitement and a hint of chaos as the team juggled dine-in customers and online orders. The dosa, coffee, and chole/bhatura transported me to the heart of South India, bursting with vibrant spices and authentic flavors, though I craved just a touch more warmth from the dosa. The service, managed by a single dedicated individual, was commendable under the circumstances, and I left with a longing to return and explore more of their enticing menu offerings.
