I have eaten here a few times with my wife and some friends in the past. The food has gone downhill since then, the service is rude, slow, and terrible. The prices have become ridiculous, and when you receive the check there are ridiculous charges on it. For some reason every time I receive the bill not it never adds up. I asked to speak to the manager to have him explain the reason for this and he straight laughed in our face. He was rude, had a terrible demeanor and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never eat here again. Always make sure to check your bill and make sure that you are not being over charged the way that we have. This place likes to add charges thinking that no one will notice or pay attention, and when you inquire about them, you get laughed at in your face by this rude new manager (Shawn?) This place has become a madhouse for money and service has gone to hell. I know of several other establishments in the san fernando valley with better sushi nowadays. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to kushiyu again. Hopefully this saves someone money and a lot of anger by avoiding Kushiyu altogether. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!
