THIS BUSINESS ENTITY HAS A LOUSY CUSTOMER RESPONSE RATE AND AN EQUALLY LOUSY ONLINE PRESENSE.
ONE OFF BAD EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, REPEATEDLY BACK TO BACK LOUSY EXPERIENCE AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO LIE THAT THEIR SYSTEMS ARE NOT CONNECTED.
ONLINE STORE SHOULD BOOT THEM OUT OF THEIR LIST.
