I would recommend not coming here if you want your coffee a certain way and rude people.
I've tried giving this place a chance, but they continuously keep getting my order wrong. This is my fourth time asking for no foam in my latte.
I never check before I leave because I'm always in a rush or the store is full of people who really aren't social distancing. So my goal is to get in and out quick.
Today that wasn't the case I wasn't in a rush and store wasn't packed with non socially distanced people.
So, I took the time to ask and reiterate there's no foam in my coffee when it was ready and the man who made my drink said no.
I proceeded to check my coffee before leaving & again there was a lot of foam.
I went back and showed the coffee foam to the man who made my drink & his FIRST WORDS were that's not a lot of foam. This is extremely rude and horrible customer service. NO FOAM means no FOAM.
He didn't even offer FIRST to remake it or apologize for the foam that's clearly in the cup, but would rather make up an excuse stating that's not a lot of foam.
I'm sorry, but I ordered no foam and a smart remark isn't warranted. Especially when I as a customer wasn't being rude and simply asked a question.
This is really disheartening and recommend not buying coffee from this place.
I don't understand the good reviews, as this establishment is entitled and it clearly shows just from my interaction over FOAM in my latte.
His first words about the foam is entitlement to me; because when you say that's not a lot of foam you're clearly making the drink the way you want it which is entitlement!
