Good service and good food.

Wanted to give this place a try and support during these hard times. Called in to order on 10/5/20 Monday night at 8PM. She said food would be readyin about 25 minutes. Got there at ~8:40PM and she says it'll be ready in 25 minutes. Why? Because they didn't even start making the food yet. (So calling in ahead of time was useless). Which is fine, mistakes happen.
BUT, she chose NOT to explain why I had to wait so she didn't have to apologize. Making a mistake is one thing, but not owning up to it to customers is another thing. They should really learn customer service and to apologize for their mistakes. Just because you ignored the mistake, doesn't mean it disappeared. It's about the principle.
How you just gonna disregard the fact that I have to wait 25 mins when the food was supposed to be ready 15 mins ago? Props to her for being able to act like nothing happened/nothing was wrong. (Keep in mind, they had no other customers waiting, so they legitimately forgot about my order).
