I celebrated my 40th birthday here August 6th. I picked this restaurant because the food was good the first few times I dinned there.
First thing first, customer service is very poor. POOR! It's worse than McDonalds customer service. Don't expect to be seated at the time of your reservation no matter how crowed the place is. Also, don't expect the server to know any details about the menu.
I had 17 guests for my birthday brunch, we were told the menu was minimized bec Taylor S was in concert. I did not know this until we were getting ready to order. The entire menu was so horrible! The waffles tasted as if they were made with just flour and water. They were hard and tasteless. The chicken was fried to old dirty grease. 4 ppl in my party never received their food.
The roof top is pretty but don't waste your money on food or thinking you're going to get great service because you will not. My entire party was so pissed! We left and went to another spot to actually EAT food that we were able to swallow.
Again, I've dinned at C&B multiple times and the customer service was 1 out of 10 BUT the food was good so I picked my poison. This last time every time was POOR! Food was a -10 and customer service was -10!

Went on 1/11 for HH, the chicken tacos were horrible, street tacos don't have grilled onions. My sister had the lemon pepper wings, we could not taste any lemon pepper. The. Worst thing that happened the bartender ran out of strawberry to make margaritas. The place had about 5 tables occupied and it took almost 30 minutes to get a drink. The bartender was very unorganized, it had a nice setup but need experienced bartender and a new cook.

This place has terrible customer service. I was attempting to make reservations for a party of 20. I was requested to leave a message and no one ever called me back. I called again and was told the same thing. I personally went to the location to try to make reservations and was told the banquet manager would have to contact me. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! A new business like this should be doing everything to develop new patrons but instead they are doing the opposite.
