Growing up in Chicago in the 50's and thru the 70's I am also Italian and got use to good Italian food. When we moved out here in the mid 80's I kept looking for good Italian food. We discovered Eagle Rock Bakery around 1990. And living in Southern California about 110 miles away I get a large quantity of sausage(hot for me and most the family but mild for the wife), cannolis,some Italian rolls and of course a Cannoli cake. Bring it home and freeze it. Everyone in my family and lots of friends love it!
