This place is popular because of the good food and used to be a cool bar. Now if you want to wait 20 minutes to sit where they want you to, get attitude by a waiter/waitress, be ignored, have your orders forgot, have to wait again. Do yourself a favor go get some better food somewhere else take it home and enjoy your food. Probably without forgetting anything. The owners dont care anymore. Your lucky to come there in their eyes. Parking sucks. Dont ever park in the back you will get towed by the karen next door, who is always calling the cops on people too for drinking.

I've been going there for years because it's a cool little bar with a nice set up. Only problem is the staff. They have never been friendly whatsoever. They never make you feel welcome. I can overlook that but recently I ordered food from them because I wanted to help out my local business. So first of all, when I order the food over the phone, the guy who answers is typically unfriendly and unprofessional. I had to restate my order over and over because he was not paying attention and not writing it down.
When he finally gets my small order he gruffly says "Give me a hour" and hangs up. Long story short, I finally pick up my food. The guy behind the bar is being a Total Jerk to me so I leave without giving a tip.
I drive all the way home just to find out he forgot my Wife's salad. Totally frustrated I call him and he gruffly tells me "just come back". No apology, No kindness, No professionalism.
By this time, I am frustrated that I have to drive all the way back and he is still being a jerk about everything.
I get back there and he basically throws the food at me like I'm the one at fault so I grab the bag out of his hand before he can set it all the way down and he calls me a name under his breath. So I call him an "A'hole" out loud and walk out. I feel bad about losing my temper but I took about as much of his bad attitude as I could stand.
I will never go back there again. The food was not that good and the place is not worth putting up with the unprofessional staff.
