Their queso flan is absolutely incredible, and I always order the torta de pierna for its generous portion of well-seasoned meat. The Cebada and machaca are exceptional, and don't miss out on trying the menudo blanco, which is just like the one in Sinaloa. This particular El Sinaloense location serves as the main kitchen for all other restaurants in the chain, offering fresh and delicious food such as the asado with handmade tortillas and agua cebada. It's a peaceful dining experience without the usual crowd and distractions found at the State Street location.
