employees are extremely rude and very unprofessional! I've been there several times and each time gets worse and worse! I will never be entering this place again, ever! The chili verde nachos are good and that is all! Do NOT ORDER the quesadilla, it's horrible! Taco Bell is better, faster and you are treated with respect and courtesy....!

My daughter who manages a restaurant is vegan & asked the gal taking our order if there was cheese or sour cream in the guacamole she said no. So my daughter ordered fries with guacamole on the side. She received her order & there was cheese in the guacamole. She politely asked if she could have her order redone since it was wrong, the manager was called & told her No she couldn't do that & all she could do was pick the cheese out of the guacamole. My daughter tried over & over to explain but the manager was rude over & over. So my daughter asked for another order of fries & the manager took the original order out of the trash & told her she could scrape off the guacamole!!!! My daughter continued to explain what bad customer service this was. She did get another order of fries & asked to be reimbursed for the guacamole or get some in a container on the side since we paid for it, Again the MANAGER took the original order out of the trash & told her she could scrape it off & give her that. At that point i was extremely annoyed by the stupidity of this SO CALLED MANAGER & Smartass cashier who by the way was making remarks that we were bad clients.....Please educate your employees we WERE customers not clients. I politely asked for the manager who rudely took her sweet time to get to me I asked her for the guacamole since I paid for it Again she took the original order from the trash & said i could have it. I asked for someone higher up than her & of course she said no one was available so I asked her for a number to reach someone all she did was take a receipt from the trash & tear off the top with the restaurants #!!!! Really??? The customer service in your restaurant is unacceptable & by the way VERY understaffed hence the bad attitudes!!! I have posted our experience at you restaurant everywhere everywhere!!!
