Timothy Gomez, the former Carmine's employee, has shared the recipe for their famous Gumbi dish on his website. It's a great opportunity to try out this nostalgic recipe that brings back memories of dining at Carmine's. I wonder if there are any other places that offer a similar experience with their gumbi and chicken florentine pasta.
