Let me start of with this... I know they're busy. I was trying to place a phone order. The guy picks up, does not say hello & puts me on hold. Several times he picks up and puts me back on hold without saying anything to me. The last time he does this he hangs up on me. I call back & go through the almost the same thing except this time he does come back on the phone & says hello. I say I would like to place an order & this time he puts me back on hold and does not come back to me. So I call back & the exact same thing happens. I have my husband call, the same guy answers and takes the order from my husband. I am writing with the hopes that Petrillo's management see it & fixes this issue. They need to put people to answer their phones that have proper phone etiquette & know how to handle several phone calls coming in consistently.

Ordered pizza. Went to pick up after 45 minutes (they said 30-35 minutes).. No record of the order. Maybe they need to get rid of the druggie guy with the man bun.
