HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! The service was horrible and slow and restaurant was disgusting. The food was overpriced and tasted terrible. The beans were nasty, rice was dry, and fajitas only came with sour cream. I had to pay extra for pico-de-gallo, guacamole, and I did not even have the option for cheese. The bell peppers and onions were almost raw and the chips and dip bad too. The water tasted funny and seems to hold a strange after taste of bleach. What really upset me when that my ticket was twice as much as it should have been. My husband paid the ticket without asking me about it, but I heard many comments down my table that the bill was much higher than expected. After I left and my husband informed me of how high the ticket was so I called to inquire about the bill. I was told that gratuity had been charged to my check for our large party. Our table was not informed of this and the ticket did not say that it had been added to our bill. Everyone had tipped on their high bill so Las Margaritas let our entire party tip DOUBLE! The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and did not apologize for the mistake or try to fix it.
