Great place to eat

The worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant. It was like the leftovers from at least the day before! The baked potatoes were hard from heating-reheating. Chicken was YUK! Ordered a bloomin' onion & it was burnt. They did take the onion off the check but mine & my friends meals were awful!

My staff and I order lunch almost weekly because the food is great. There is a good variety, and everyone has a favorite there. Sometimes we will get a really small piece of chicken or a tiny potato. They should save those for cutting up. But otherwise, there is never a complaint. And the homemade rolls are always great!

If there was a choice of minus it would fall at -10 as and experience at this restaurant. It started when my wife and I arrived. The seated took us to the very last booth in the back area even though there were others available. Once there it was another 10 minutes before any waitress approached the table next to ours, she looked over to our table and rolled her eyes like do I have to wait on this booth. After my wife and I placed our order, the waitress took another 5 minutes before our dinner rolls arrived, then another 5 minutes until our blumming onion and hot wings arrived. Then finally, our drinks arrived which were margaritas and we ask also for 2 large glasses of ice water, which we had to remind the waitress for that. I ordered the Cowboy steak (prime rib) 19.95, and a salad comes with it. I as I'm writing this at mid-night at home still haven't received the salad. My wife's meal the waitress said the shrimp salad had ample amount of shrimp that can with the meal 11.95. The meal came with 5 shrimp on a skewer and salad. It also appears that the seaters at Wagon Master stereo type people by way of if it looks like they tip well, sit them customers up front, well when I go out to eat my tip scale starts at $20.00 and it goes down as the service gets worse. So, go ahead and keep stereo typing customers. I have given up to $40.00 tips if the waitress or waiter goes out of their way to make our meal the most enjoyable. So, your loss Wagon Master, my wife and I vow never to eat there anymore and I will do my best in spreading the great service we did NOT receive at your establishment.

I have read a report and seen that a person stated a "Bug" in their food. Having been in the restaurant business, I can say that this does happen, even at 5 star places.
I went to the Wagon Master Recently due to business. In fact I went three times in two weeks. After going to a few other places in Leesville, I believe that this place was worthy of four stars. The service was very nice on all three visits. The food was a comparable with Steak Houses, the ribs a bit below average but the T-Bone was so so right (for lack of better words). The atmosphere was relaxed, allowing for peanuts to be shelled at the table. One could see the shells on the floor as a problem, but this adds in some ways to what is being sought for this form of atmosphere. NOT A 5 STAR because it isn't reaching for 5 STAR. Great place to take a date or a friend, but not if ROMANCE is what you have in mind. PS. THE ROLLS ARE 6 STAR WORTHY.

I went there this afternoon and found a BUG in my food. The "management" never apologized for what happened and only offered me 50% off my meal. When I contested this she got an attitude which led to a scene.
My husband and I usually go there because it is one of the only places to go. The food is not that great and the service is hit miss, usually resulting in miss. After what happened today I will NEVER eat there again.
