Outback prices, but not outback food. The owner's attitude is "eat what we serve and don't complain...we can do no wrong."

Went to the Lights Festival this December and stayed in town for a few days. The Trail Boss was recommended by the guy at our hotel. We ate there several times during our stay. Son, that food was awesome. The others tried everything from baked fish to pasta, but the BEST thing there is the Two Grilled 8oz. Pork Chops. Oh my.... YUM. that place alone is making me look for a reason to go back to Natchitoches...LOL

the only reason they got a 1 is the service.The steak was uneatable the potato was under cooked,and when I called to tell Chis,(the proprietor) he told me "I can't help you" GO ATTITUDE!
