Myself, my father, and my son went to celebrate a early bday lunch on 11/12/2022 for my son’s 32nd birthday…..This was the first time i had been inside the restaurant, and it was much smaller than I thought it would be…..Myself and my son ordered the gumbo with catfish and potato salad and my father had the white beans with grilled pork chop….The gumbo had no flavor, and my fish was too salty…My father’s beans looked old and dry, and the pork chop was so tough, you could saw it…We we’re served Fanta pineapple drinks in the bottle with no glass….I had to ask for a cup with ice for my father, we got silver ware with no knife….I had to ask for a knife for my father for his pork chop….We could have taken that $53.50 and had a good meal at Shoney’s….I don’t recommend, and we will not be back.

Shrimp.gumbo is delicious, when they have it. If you call to see if they have, they will lie and tell you yes just to get yountomplace an order. Then they give you want they want. This has happened to me twice and I will not give them a chance to do it a 3rd time!

Tried to order food over the phone. They hung up, so they could take another call. Will not be doing business with them again...

Food was so yummy, I had gumbo and fried fish. It came with potato salad , rice and French bread.

We stop in about 5 years ago and the d was outstanding but the most I was impress with was here bread pudding.I do not like bread pudding but was the best I have ever eaten in my life.I intend to go back one day and enjoy.I also intend to order one her bread pudding so my friends from the south can try it.They will never want anyone Else's but this one.
