The chicken strips are incredibly flavorful and the drumsticks are superb, making it a satisfying experience. While the sweet tea is overly sweet and the parking situation can be confusing, I appreciate that the food arrives hot and fresh every time.

I was just entering town coming in from Dallas with my 18 month old grandson. I checked in and wanted Southern classic that my clients were raving over. I went in and ordered a five piece mixed (legs and wings) plus fries & pepper. I didn't get the wings legs asked for nor the fries. I have been calling for a while but no answer. When I do get them they just say bring back food & receipt. This is so messed up! I guess no more Southern for me!

Southern Classic Ruston La, unable to get a bag. Told no longer giving bag with one box purchase. Help needs training on how to speak to customer. Not only could not get bag, no ketchup, napkins, or receipt. Extremely POOR Customer service. Purchase made 10/12/21 time 5:50 pm

I have been like 5 or 6 times in the last year every single time I say im not going there again. I keep hoping the service is better and the food will hopefully be as good as the one in farmerville.....so far i have been disappointed every single time. AND my order is never right and I get over charged every single time.

I just went for livers and mashed potatoes and gravy arrived home and I got rice and beans and my livers were not cooked right what ????? Cook the food all the way

Called for white chicken. Person did not know the price. Got a 15 piece in the past for a little over $22 but seems they have raised the prices. Now 16 piece is either $26 (only chicken) or $32 depending on the one you go to. Jonesboro is $32, Ruston is $26 but both were unsure. This is good chicken BUT you wait a long time for what is fast food and it is HIGH as $32 for 8 breast and 8 wings is $3 for each breast and $1 for each WING. Believe me you can get hungry eating their wings and go broke too. Like I said this is good chicken but their days are numbered because sorry service, long waits will not keep them in business no matter how good the chicken is. They will short you on pieces and give you a hard time if you say anything. They have raised the price on the 15 piece to $32 from $23 and only added one wing. UP almost 50% is taking advantage of their customers. This business needs to disappear for absolutely NO customer appreciation at all.

Food is amazing and probably the best hands down!! Usually there are kinda slow wit ok service but recently it has only gotten better. So I decided to give a rating due to there steady improvement

7/26/2017 they have horrible service and they will tell you it take 35min exact time to closing if you go after 9pm.the chicken was old and pricee and service was nasty . cars was turning away by 9;30pm and close at 10:00pm other classic chicken is good and hot better service. it's sad

I drove onto your parking lot at 7:02 Tuesday evening. There was a car at the pick-up window, a truck at the menu board, and three other cars in line in front of me. At 7:28 I was still not to the menu board. So I gave up. I wasn't going to wait another half hour when there are other, FASTER, places to get food. And going inside is no faster! So I'm giving you 1 star because of the horrible, terrible, irritating service. Or non-service. Best chicken around hands down. But I would tell people only to go several hours before you get hungry. Oh, and put gas in the car if goIng through the drive through.

ALL Southern Classic Chicken places seem to offer the WORST SERVICE anywhere in the world. I can't figure it out... THAT BEING SAID: They have the best fried chicken on the planet and their okra is excellent. I don't eat there often because of the bad service but the place seems to do a BOOMING business all day/every day despite this. If you want service, just don't eat there. Somebody else will be right behind you in the line...

My facility from the local hospital sent one of our employees to pick up lunch on 2/4/16, after ordering 4 lunches he was told to go to the back of the line due to our large order so they could serve others. this very reserved young man left your place of business without being served. This is a disgusting way to treat any one. I am at this time on the phone waiting for a manager, at this time waiting 20 mins. no one will come to the phone. Never again will anyone from this facility do business with southern classic
