The seafood dishes were exceptional, with the onion blossom, large shrimp po-boy, stuffed soft shell crab, crawfish etouffee, fried artichokes, and grilled fish all standing out for their delicious flavors and generous portions, complemented by friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere perfect for a family gathering.

Horrible!!! Appetizer of stuffed jalapenos were obviously freezer burnt, blackened tilapia entree was not blacked and very fishy tasting. Wasn't prepared properly. Also had a steamed vegetables side order which was also obviously frozen and not fresh. The owner is rude. When he asked how we enjoyed our dinner, we politely told him we didn't & his comment was "well, we're not Commanders Palace"

I have been in the restaurant biz for years and found this restaurant need's make-over. Item's advertised as special's not avail. Entrance much to be desired. Saw a table of 20 waiting for over an hour. While 8 other tables received there food. De-core less than desire able Nothing offered to waiting customer's. and you have to pay for can soda and bottled water? If this is the best that LaPlace has to offer for good Seafood then I am in the right place to open my own Restaurant. But would be willing to offer my service's to this establishment. Why 4 guy's standing behind the register? This place could be great with the right incentive and input.Just a few changes would make it #1 in LaPlace. I have been to each Restaurant advertised in this area and feel they would do the best. Will be in touch soon. The server was new and she was great her name is Shannon a great addition as far as I can see but some of the others not so..

Everything is great! I usually get the thin fried basa and shrimp. Well worth the price. Great sides and good service. Can't beat it.

The food is great. We have never had anything there that was not good. My favorite is the gumbo(chicken or seafood). We try to eat there at least once a week. The boiled and fried seafood is delicious.

Wow, delightfully surprised that they finally have a decent restaurant in La Place, Louisiana. The Owner, Anthony, is a super nice man and I would recommend anyone that passes through or lives in La Place to visit and enjoy everything from boiled, fried and well prepared dishes created by the chef. My favorite is fried and raw oyster. I miss you Anthony as I now live in Florida and wish he could mail me a truckload of his good food.
