I've visited this diner countless times and always enjoy the fried chicken, but the cheeseburgers are truly my favorite. The fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned fries make every meal a treat, though be prepared for a wait of at least ten minutes. The owner has put in effort to enhance the experience, and the rich flavors in dishes like Chicken Poulet stuffed in a baked potato really highlight the best of Southern cuisine.

We go there every other week for a 16 pice box of chicken, its good. But you never know if its going to be to salty, not salty enough, or to hot spicy or no seasoning at all. Sometimes the dip batter has to much egg in it and it makes the chicken crust hard and eggy tasting. The last few months it has been better. But one thing i really dont like is that the pices of chicken are getting smaller and smaller.....16 pces of small chicken for $21.95. Plus tax, Its to much to pay.......

ive visited this s=resturant 2 times in 2 months while visiting coushatta because my huband is in the oil field. this resturand has horrible service the first time i went in i spent 11 dollars for a small shrimp and french fries and recieved about 8 fries. the food was good though. today i went in and the lady was standing at the register whereing a cap. she didnt smile,she didnt say hello she just looked at me i walked to towards her to order because i already knew what i wanted, she turned and walked to the cook and stood there with her back towards me 15 feet from the register and talked for about 5 minuets about some type of drama in her life. finnally i waved and got the cooks attention then she got the cashiers attention. i asked her if she seen me when i walked in the door her respons was yeah.. and! i asked if she was the mananger and she said no! then hollard for the manager to come. the manager/owner walked up and the lady tells her i would like to tell on her for talking to mrs. so and so! so i then proceeded to tell the manager what happend, i guess she is scared of her employees because she began defending he employees saying they stand behind this register all day mam. she acted as if i was wrong for wanteing service. alll though all the employee had to do was say hi how can i help you take my order and then go talk to the cook. all that could have been done in the time she spent talking to the cook instead of seving ther cusotmers. they insulted me, yet i was a paying customoer. what are they going to do when the oilfield moves OUT of this town and all that is left is the local, hopefully they treat them better then they treat their guest.
