The Pork and Shrimp Egg Noodle dish I had was delicious, though I wished it had more veggies like bok choy or broccoli. The service was attentive and the ambiance was pleasant, making for a great dining experience. I plan on returning and bringing friends along to enjoy the consistent and tasty food offered at this establishment.

The brisket and eye-round pho was amazing and the spring rolls were very good with the peanut sauce

Have been ordering from Pho Bistro for years now. Have never had any issues, staff is ALWAYS polite, never had to wait longer than 20 mins for orders to be ready and the food is always hot, fresh and amazing. They're very well priced for the amount and quality of food you get, best quick Pho and other Vietnamese dishes in the slidell area in my opinion. LOVE THIS PLACE!
