I absolutely love these women that work here. Sweetest EVERRRR!!! I went through the drive through tonight and they sold me a LARGE container of chicken salad and made me laugh. ❤️😉❤️😉. Very delicious btw ✅

Yesterday we stopped by for the first time. We noticed the notice on door. So we pulled in back and called in an order. I explained to the lady that this was our first time ordering food from restraunt and didnt know much about menu. She was very nice and gave us the website so we could look it over. We noticed how busy the drivethru was getting and was still indecisive. So I called back and the same young lady Jessica answered the phone. she answered all my questions politely and I asked for her suggestions. She told me about the fried chicken sandwich and the fried jack. I got fried jack and My husband got the chicken sandwich. She also recommended to try a dessert. The tuxedo cake and Mississippi mud pie was amazing. We had to wait over 30 minutes, but welll worth it. The wait time was because of the lobby being closed I'm assuming. When arriving to the drivethru window, we was greeted with such kindness. I then saw a list of daquaries.. She suggested sunset on the river.. Well once again Jessica was rite. The fried jack was to die for and the tuxedo cake was oh so good. My husband really enjoyed his chicken sandwich and his Mississippi mud was great.
Jessica was just so sweet and her recommendations was the best. Just one thing we did notice.. At first we thought she was only one working in front. She had to close window a few times so she could answer phone and take order in headset. We saw her fixing other orders. She came back to window with our order still smiling and my husband noticed another young lady leaned on a counter on her phone. Not one time did she put it down to help her co-worker. We made sure to get Jessica's name just so we could call a manager or make a review. We wanted to leave a tio, but had no place in receipt to do so.. We just wanna thank her once again on our first experience at Southern chicks. My name is Janet Blanchard from Morganza. But moved to Texas many years ago... I will recommend this establishment to all my family back home and hopefully Jessica will be there to greet them with her smile and wonderful personality.
