I Order delivery 90 min before their advertised closing time. 40 min after my order I am notified my order is cancelled and I will be refunded in 5-7 days.


So I am the customer. I paid for my order immediately. 90 min before closing. I sit here waiting for 40 min and contacted the order cancelled. No explanation.

And what do I get for my inconvenience? I get to wait 5-7 days to get my money back for their failure.

Embarrassing operation. In a Time restaurants should be grabbing all the business they can they do this.

Was given no explanation or alternative!! Pathetic.
