Fuji in Slidell offers delicious hibachi, but I always opt for the sushi, especially the Snow Ball and Tuna Tower appetizers. The atmosphere is upscale, the service is usually excellent, and the food, including the special rolls and huge sushi boat, consistently impresses, making it my favorite choice for sushi or hibachi take-out.

The sushi at Fuji in Slidell is a must-try, especially if you're a fan of hibachi dishes. Their Snow Ball and Tuna Tower appetizers are popular choices among locals. Despite occasional large party impacts on service, the quality of their special rolls remains exceptional, contributing to a pleasant dining experience with an upscale atmosphere.

Fuji yama you have lost our business for good. My family and I have been doing business with y'all for many years..birthdays, anniversaries, graduations..not one more penny will be spent in this establishment. The disrespect by the manager was mindblowing. I was short an item in my to go order and when I called I was told the lady put it in my bag and I must've been mistaken. Are you serious?!! After disagreeing with her she finally said just bring your entire bag back so we can show you. OMG. I've never dealt with such incompetence like this manager. Me and my family will be going out of our way to Sogo from now on which is where I should've gone in the first place. By the way I could've gone back for my $15 salmon sashimi I paid for but I knew it would not have been anything nice so I succumbed to my loss and said adios...
