As someone hailing from South Louisiana, I must say that the Red Beans served in Central Louisiana are truly exceptional. Brandy, the cashier, exuded a positive and welcoming attitude that hinted at her potential for a leadership role. The experience was elevated further by Jolie, our fantastic waitress who ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meal. The BBQ offerings at this establishment are not to be missed, with the Outlaw Plate and brisket exceeding expectations in portion size and flavor. The service was attentive and the restaurant spacious, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors alike.
