pizza showed up 1hour & 1/2 late & was COLD!!!! The reason was......ONE DRIVER! The manager did not fix the situation. They just lost 8 faithful teachers.

My wife and I have ordered from here a couple times now and we truly do love the food, but tonight when we ordered 2 subs, we were terribly disappointed with the customer service. We ordered the Hot Italian and the Hot ham and cheese, which are delicious..just not with raw diced onion. My wife always gets the hot ham and cheese and when I ordered it for her, I told them to make it plain but instead they added the raw onion which made it taste like like them. When I called and spoke to the manager, I feel like I was totally blown off and treated more like I was bothering him than an unsatisified customer. We were treated with more respect from th driver/delivery guy, than the manager. We would like to continue ordering from Annies, but we are not sure if we want to after being treated this way (especially from managment).

I been doing business here for years. Just about every week my family and I order $30-$40 worth of food. Tonight my car is broken down so I ordered delivery. Even after asking the lady on the phone 3x if my order was correct she reassured it was. When my $40.64 order arrived 1 item was incorrect. The chz stick was small and I ordered large which is a big deal when you're feeding 7. The driver assured me if I just payed them that I could call pay for another small and they would deliver it. The manager not only would not bring it to me with card payment i offered over the phone and was willing to wait 2 1/2 hrs (how long he said it would take but he hung up on me. I couldn't believe it after all the $ I've spent there. We'll I'm a business owner and would never treat a client so terribly. I've told a lot of clients and tourist how good annies is but never again nor will they get any more of my $. Annies u really let me down! !

Called and ordered a pepperoni pizza, said it would be ready in 15-20 min. When I arrived, they said they had ran out of pepperoni and didn't even bother to tell me UNTIL I GOT THERE. So much for trying somewhere new. -____-

I have passed Annie's Pizza countless times on my way home, and last night was my first time trying it. It was amazing. The taste was far better than any chain pizza place I've had. I used the online ordering service, and my pizza was at my door in what seemed like only a matter of a few minutes. I was able to leave specific instructions on how to find my house because for some reason, other chain pizza places can never find it no matter how many times they deliver to my home. (GPS's cannot locate my address either.) Annie's found it with no problems, and they didn't have to call me a million times for directions. I will definitely be ordering from Annie's again.

Well i ordered a pizza last week she said it will take 45 minutes well 1 hour went by i called up there she said when did you order your pizza I said an hour ago. so time goes by the pizza delivery man calls me and said are you on the outer loop they have my address no I live 5 minutes away from you all. so I called back up there the woman hang up the phone on me says I am going to put you on no call list.WTF Is wrong with these people.

I have been dealing with Annies for over 12 year. I have never a bad pizza or sub< there service has always been great.

Annie's is the best pizza in the area hands down. We order from there at least once a week, and have never had bad service or pizza. They have recently updated their interior and have a computer system that remembers your last order. We pick up all the time, so can't comment on the delivery. Coupons are available, so try them out.

Annie's pizza to me surpasses all other pizza. I've never been greeted rudely. The food has always been delivered in a timely fashion, they've very kind, very professional and just all around a great place. I love it!

The person who posted this review (fteale posted on 06/03/2009) is a crybaby. Most likely over reacting to one bad experience.
I will say this one time...........Annies has the best pizza in the area.

Called in an order for Annie's (Rockford Lane) and was told 45 min. del. Over an hour and half later, no delivery. Called manager who was very rude and was told she would recall the driver and give me a refund and then she hung up on me. I then phoned the manager at the flagship location (Portland) who was also rude and could give no satisfaction. You would think a family-owned business would provide better customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!!!
