I often visit the dining spot on Dixie heading towards Radcliff for a satisfying meal. The First Mate combo with a Hi-C Pink Lemonade is my go-to choice, featuring freshly fried fish and tasty fries. Despite the hush puppy being a bit lackluster, the generous portions and reasonable prices make it a worthwhile stop for a delicious seafood meal in Louisville.

Rude rude rude. I have heard less cussing in a bar . Food was awful tasted like it had been refried and the onion rings were cremated. There is an older lady at the window who is very nice and always try’s to fix any problems but the younger people in there. Are awful.

I love the fish at Moby Dicks. I can't even begin to explain my disappointment at the Moby Dicks on 3802 Dixie Hwy. I paid almost
$10.00 for a completely inedible meal. I ordered the 1st Mate Meal. Everything was re-dropped. The onion rings were burnt and very hard, the one hush puppy was hard as a rock, and the fish had such a bad taste I could not eat it.The sprite was so bitter I spit it out after the first sip through the straw, they need to balance the machine.
I have always gotten my meals from this location and it was hit or miss at times, but the hits still kept me coming back. I will not be returning this time. When I called the phone number 502-447-5448, it went to I got the fax sound. That tells me they do not want to answer the phone. This location just lost a very good customer. I will still get their food but I will use a different location. I had to give it one star for the review to go through. By the way, this is the first negative review I have ever done.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! THESE ARE SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. Tried to contact the store to voice a complaint and the "MANAGER" didn't even listen. I understand that these are some uncertain times, people are stressed but there's no need to be rude. I will never be back again.
