The building appears to be abandoned, with the entire strip mall now shuttered. It's disheartening to witness the closure of a beloved establishment. The guacamole and plantain chips are exceptional, complemented by a diverse selection of margaritas and specialty cocktails. The cuisine is consistently delicious, service is efficient and friendly, and the pricing is reasonable.
