This is the second time I've ordered from this KFC location and was appalled that they even send this stuff out. The first time, I ordered the 3 piece chicken (2 breasts and a wing). What I got was a breast and a wing that had been dropped into the grease several times and was inedible. It was dark brown. The second time was tonight. Thinking I would give them a second chance, I ordered the same thing again. Apparently the only seasoning they have is salt, because the food was loaded with it. Chicken was overcooked and dark brown. The gravy was salty and thin... just not good. The slaw was okay but not terrific and there was NO BISCUIT. Even the diet coke tasted strong, like the ratio of syrup to water was off. This is the last time I will order from this KFC until they get a new manager and or cook.

2/28/2021 3:00 p.m.! Kudos to the crew who worked the window ,cook, and togo prep, ordered a $30 fill up at drive thru ! Food was perfectly Hot! Order was exactly what I ordered! KFC Buechel is three minute drive and is almost always wrong or half warm! Glad I drove the extra five minutes to Fern Creek! Ya'll won my business!!

I would have given it "0" stars! I have never tried to eat such awful fried chicken in all my life! My husband and I were looking forward to a delicious chicken dinner tonight. We knew something was wrong when we opened the bucket and saw dark, dark, dark brown chicken. We were so hungry, we decided we could get past that and maybe just eat the meat, no skin or crumbs we have always liked so well. No, it was greasy ( tasted like old grease.) and cold. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and the cold slaw was sour. BTW, we live less than a mile from the establishment. We had to throw our food in the trash! Never again! Such a waste!

Got the 20.00 fill up . The tenders were no bigger then my finger. They were tough. Grandkids wouldn't eat them. With Canes across the street you guys better step up to the plate. I spent 39.00 there and was very upset with the chicken tenders.
