Great Food.
03/20/2021 - One upset customer
I order Marks on Door Dash a lot and my wife and I frequently eat there. But today we went to the Highland location. Our server was prompt got our drinks and took our order. Food came out and we got everything we needed that wasn't on there. Here's the kicker about 15 minutes into our meal not even half of my food eaten our server comes out with to go boxes and our ticket. But let me say I wasn't even half way done with my meal. So my wife orders another root beer since he never offered us a refill her drink didn't come with a refill but I guess he assumed we couldn't afford a second one. Meanwhile I'm still eating and he comes back again to see if we were ready to order dessert or what we're gonna do. Meanwhile I'm still eating So now I'm upset and feeling rushed so I tell him I feel like your rushing me. He turns and say awe naw not me and I'm like sir you are he said something smart and walked off. Let's just say he didn't get a tip and regardless of my ethnicity I always tip very well and I'll never go back to that location ever. Food was ok but my brisket was tough and the pork was cold
