I have a deep love for food trucks, and Holy Molí© in Louisville is definitely one of my favorites. The memories of enjoying their delicious tacos and a Mexican Coke on warmer days at the Douglas Loop Farmers' Market bring me so much joy. Every taco I've had from Holy Molí© has been consistently amazing, especially the chorizo and tofu/kimchi options.
