After years of indulging in their delicious cakes, I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service during a recent birthday cake pickup. Not only did they honor a lower price I was quoted, but they also showered me with a free pint of ice cream and a gift card for my short wait-talk about leaving a happy customer!
