The restaurant has reopened after being closed for nearly two months, and I decided to try their roast pork, which was delicious despite some inconsistencies in the chopping. The friendly staff, who speak both Cantonese and English, ensured that my delivery arrived hot and fresh, and I appreciated their quick response to a minor issue I encountered. Having ordered from this establishment for about two years, I can confidently say that it's my go-to for takeout, especially for their house fried rice and crispy pork belly.

I bought one half of roasted duck and an order of peapot leaf from this China Star, one on Broadway, yesterday evening. The duck tasted so bad, it is like expired and refrigerated for many days. I ate few pieces and could not eat anymore. The stir-fry peapot, however, tasted good.

I see a bunch of 5 and 1 star reviews here. I'm right in the middle. While the staff is not the friendliest, i am usually pretty happy with what I order. If you are looking for gourmet Chinese food, this is not the place. If you want something quick and decent, give it a shot.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will never be ordering from this restaurant again! After using their website to place my order online and receiving my food I realized one of our combo dinners was missing lobster sauce. When I called China Star to see if they would bring us the right one or refund they flat out refused to help us. The woman on the phone insisted we were wrong. She said they didn't have an online ordering system and that the combo we had ordered didn't exist. Even when I read off my receipt that was emailed to me she denied that the order was wrong. She confirmed that we had ordered from them (which I don't get how if they claim not to have an online ordering system) but said that if we wanted lobster sauce we needed to make another order and pay for it. I had paid 80 dollars for lunch for all my coworkers and my company orders from their regularly. I'm disgusted with the service I received from this place today and will never be ordering from them again. If customer service is something that is important to you avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible customer service. They got a simple order (#21)all messed up and gave us the wrong soda as well, i call them to correct the situation and the manager calls me sketchy like I'm trying to get free crab ragoon out of the deal.I will never order from them again they were just plain rude and ignorant

Forget delivery. Don't tell you it will take over 90 minutes and very rude when you call to check on it. Food too cold to judge.

Ive eaten there before and was always impressed. The food always fresh and tastes amazing. Some of th best Asian food Ive had if not the best here in Ma. I figured if dining in was all good then I thought the delivery service would not be that great and I was extremely surprised. Not only did the taste remain top form but the phone order taker was very friendly and professional. Ive found my Asian rest in Lowell. Did I mention they stay open late..winning!!!1

Love it, Food always fresh also taste good. Its like having china town food in Lowell. Always get the roasted pork belly and deep fried spicey spare ribs always hit the spot after a night of drinking.

The baby clams here are the best. I always get some hot oil with my order, nice and spicy!

three words, Ginger Scallion Lobster. The price changes from time to time but it's worth it no matter what. Waiting on that mayo shrimp though.
