I love Rosie's Cafe. I've always order the same thing "Caramel ice latte w/ skim milk"
Recently i'm displease with the new employee, young female.
I was serve by her the first time, and she added cream, then whole milk to my latte. I asked her "did you add cream to my latte?" She stated " yes but then I realized it " Funny thing is, she still use it and added milk to it.
The latte came out really light, so i ask Rosie. It was because of the whole milk.
Rosie looked a little upset, it was a waste of latte.
The young girl then question me if I ask for skim milk. "I didn't hear you ask for skim milk"
Really?!
Second encounter with her today. I asked for "Caramel ice latte w/ skim milk" I watch her make it. She didn't add any expresso shot. So I asked her what did she make for me. She then realized she made me coffee with shots of caremel. She turned over to Rosie and state" I swear she said ice coffee"
People make mistakes, that is fine. I just didn't like how she question me and made it look like I said something wrong. Just own up to it and fix it.

too pricey. the sandwiches are too skimpy for the price. no smiles greet you at this place.

lovely decoration and seating is very nice. air conditioning was refreshing in summer. however, the quality and quantity of food is not worth the prices charged. the coffee was delicious though.
