During a recent trip to Lubbock, I visited Hayashi based on a recommendation from a high-ranking city official. As someone who appreciates good food, I found the dishes to be enjoyable, though not extraordinary. The service, particularly from my waitress Carissa, was exceptional and made the dining experience pleasant. Overall, Hayashi offers a solid selection of Asian cuisine in a bustling environment.
