A last-minute decision led me to seek out a fish fry on a holiday Friday, which can be quite challenging. I found myself at the bar in Belleville, where the friendly bartender, Van, provided excellent service and shared a mutual enthusiasm for the St. Louis Cardinals. The fish and shrimp were well-cooked, and the overall experience, including the welcoming atmosphere and reasonable prices, made for a satisfying evening.

Nowhere on this site does it say cash or check only! They only say it when you're already there! When you have travelled 20 minutes to get there, and those idiots didn't say that it was cash or check only! Who does that crap in this day and age? On the menu portion of their pathetic little site, it says credit cards accepted! What a bunch of bloody liars.
