I've been hitting up this Chinese restaurant a lot lately, and the food just keeps getting better while the service is fast and friendly. They've got a great menu with fresh ingredients, and my go-to dishes like Kung Pao chicken and their wonton soup never disappoint.

I've been a loyal customer for the past few months and have seen a noticeable improvement in the food quality. The dishes are now made with better ingredients and the service is consistently efficient. It's definitely worth trying if you're looking for a satisfying Chinese meal at a reasonable price.

I think it is important for people to distinguish which location of Chang Jiang they are reviewing in the review. I have eaten at the ones in Madison and Fitchburg and there are drastic differences in quality of food. I am reviewing the one in Fitchburg as the others are not worth mentioning. My husband and I eat there about once a week (Friday nights) and he and I don't have similar tastes but he and I both (along with our toddler) always enjoy whatever we get from there. The food is always really good. I will say that they are not the warmest/ fuzziest when it comes to customer service, but honestly I would rather deal with "ok" or mediocre customer service and excellent food rather than crappy food and great customer service, because I'm paying for the food. I definitely recommend the Fitchburg location if want great food!

TERRIBLE customer service! When I got home from picking up my order (since they don't deliver), I found that some of my order was missing. I called to let them know and they said I could come back and get it or have a credit for next time. I said I would come back but asked for a credit for a free dinner next time for the inconvenience and I was told no. I let "Jane" know that I wasn't impressed with the customer service and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that he doesn't speak English, so no. I then told her that I would be leaving a review about their customer service. She told me to go ahead and then hung up me. The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

We like the free tea and we are surprised every time we open the bag!
The consistency of their menu is great, the service is quick and you can't beat the value.

this menu is apprently not accurate so don't use it they are just rude and can't understand a word of english when you call.
