Food was pretty good as was the chef. Here is the problem....believe it or not their bathrooms are disgusting! Not only are they old and in need of repair, they aren't even clean. I wanted to send this message directly to them but I cannot find their website.

Will be a long time before I go back, if ever.

I think it is a great place, the sushi is wonderful on both Odana Rd and Ginza East restaurant. The HIbachi's are wonderful especially when they do the demonstration with the shrimp tails. In big parties or in the tea house tip is included but about the reviews before you should always ask if it is included, since it is in the menu there is no reason for them to tell you again :) The teriyaki is wonderful and sweet you can have it with Chicken, or Steak. The HIbachi is lemon, butter, soy sauce and is wonderful with the Shrimp. If you are fancy eater, you should have the Kogane Shrimp and don't forget the fried rice. Wonderful experience....

Agree with the other reviewer about the tip situation. We ate there many times without figuring that one out! It would not be such a burn if the service was decent but alas it is not. Food is great, the rolls on the East side are much looser than in the Dells. The Dells location charges and average of 1.50 to $2 more per roll and there are no tea houses.

The Private t room seemed like the floor was dirty. The tip is added on but the waitresses seemed to fail to let us know this. She left the tip area on the charge open as though it was not included. 15% gratuity will be added is printed on the formal menu (very sm. print) not on the sushi slips. We were quite shock that this was not noted and she let us leave a 35% tip, which I am sure happens all the time.
It should be posted if they are not going to tell diners, when you order sushi indv. it is hard to keep track, you just trust your server is honest.
Very disappointed at the moral conduct of our particular server.
We just will not go back after double tipping many times with out of town guests. Our fault I guess.
