I really enjoy Nam's Noodles for a cozy meal with friends and good karaoke. The pho is satisfying, but I wish they would add a bit more meat to it. The Vietnamese sandwiches are also a favorite of mine, and the lemon grass chicken wings are delicious, though small in size. Overall, I give it a 10/10 for taste and atmosphere.

The food was excellent, but our dishes didn't come out at the same time, up to 10 minutes apart. The servers seemed very inexperienced, but the food made it worth it.

Everything is good but any curry is TERRIBLE! They should just remove them from the menu and just concentrate on their Chinese food.

For Madison, this is a great place Chinese/Other Asian Cuisine. Great food overall with lots of interesting options. Also...the place is clean, so I don't know what the reviewer below is talking about. The service is lacking, however, and can be annoying. The staff almost always forgets to bring the desert that comes with dinner specials. All in all, there is definitely an informal feel to the place....expect the waiters to be just hanging out, noisily rearranging chairs etc.
Four stars....for Madison. 3 stars if your used to big city Chinese or Southeast asian food (Aka Chicago's China town).

I love their food, i have only had a few dishes, but what i have had has been excellent. Very tasty and different from what you would get at most Chinese restaurants.

I've always enjoyed the food here, probably why I keep going back...but the service is TERRIBLE. The cooks and servers need to figure out how important TIMING is in the restaurant business. On multiple occasions one person in my party has received their food more than half an hour after everyone else...appetizers come out after entrees, tables that came way after us get served first...this is basic stuff for a restaurant to figure out.

I find their food to be great here. The menu is huge and I haven't had a bad thing yet. Their service isn't the greatest, but as long as the service is decent isn't the reason you go to a restaurant for the food?

Giving Nam's noodles many chances to earn my patronage I send this missive in the hopes you save a buck or two. On the 3 occassions we attended Nam's only once was the soup OK.
The uncleanliness , inconstiency in the hours of operation and food is a good premonition.
