ZAPIZZA! strives to make your food exactly as ordered, and is proud to say that 99.9% of all orders go out correctly. However, once in a great while the human factor comes in to play and a mistake is made. In the event this should occur with your order, we would like to have the opportunity to make a correction in a manner that is fair to both parties. Therefore, this is our Food Replacement Guarantee to you:
Missing Item or Ingredient We require you to call back same day. We will re-deliver missing item as soon as possible. If there is a missing ingredient we will replace the entire item. There will be no charge for the missing item and no charge for re-delivery. If time does not permit a re-deliver within a reasonable time, we will either adjust your credit card or if you paid cash, we will mail you a gift certificate for the amount you paid. Please note: We have no access to credit card information for online order customers.
Order Made Wrong, Not What You Ordered, Poor Quality Due To Late Arrival, Food Not Hot We require you to call back same day. We will re-deliver a new order to you as soon as possible. The person who wrote the bad review is not telling the complete truth. The fact of the matter is that we tried to correct the problem on the night it occured. The customer was very uncooperative questioning why we wanted the food returned. When she gave the order initially over the phone she kept interrupting the our service rep with questions about other food while he was trying to place her order. One item that she said was made wrong was a pizza with hot sausage. She said she never ordered hot sausage but when we asked her to return the pizza she said she already ate it. The other item was a sandwich, she acted like she did not want to return it and hung up on our operator demanding that the owner call her. There is always 2 sides of a story.

I ordered food by phone and the order was incorrect. When I tried to handle it the next day, the owner, John, refused to speak to me and told his employee to handle it because he would start yelling at me. Then he told his employee to tell me there was nothing they could do because I did not return the item. I informed John via his employee that I did still have the wrong item and they could have it back. At that point, he finally took my correct order. However, after the unprofessionalism the owner displayed, I will never order from them again.
