Recently we greeted by the nicest friendliest host at longhorn. Their names were Nealey and Camille. They both get a 5star review from me. What a difference when come into an eating establishment and met with kindness. Thank you Nealey and Camille.

Very over priced. Poor service. Ordered my steak medium - it came out red, cold and bloody raw. Long bristly whisker was in my Father's plate of food. VERY disgusted and disappointed with the food & service - and for the high price... I go to Texas Roadhouse - food quality is better, menu is very similar, but Texas Roadhouse has twice the portion size for half the price -- and for the dozens of times I've been there - I've yet to have my steak cooked incorrectly or find any hairs on my plate. Will never go back to Long Horn. Texas Roadhouse is the place to go.
