• Quesataco Plate
• We fused a quesadilla with our Tradicional tacos for a unique Taco experience. We make a quesadilla then top it like we do our Tradicional Tacos. The plate comes with 5 Quesatacos
• Shrimp Tacos
• Two flour or corn tortillas, fresh onions, cilantro, sautéed onions, and dallop of guacamole. shrimp is available breaded and fried or grilled.
• Rock Tacos
• Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken. The dish is often served at celebratory occasions, such as weddings and baptisms, and holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. It is also suggested as a hangover remedy. Preparation techniques vary, but the dish is often served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime. Traditionally, the meat is marinated in adobo spices.
• Paco Tacos
• Simultaneously tender and crispy, these sumptuous hunks of ribeye steak are fried in lard until they turn a deep golden color of “EAT ME!”.

Restaurant Description

Pacos Tacos is a Mexican cuisine where everything is freshly made daily. We are opened year round with Eat In or Take Out. Also, delivery is available within five mile radius. Catering is also available. We offer Vegetarian Meals as well a a Gluten/Wheat-Free Product Menu. Our house speciality is the Taco Pescado which is fried redfish fillet wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with a mildly spicy tartar sauce, lettuce & tomato and served with a side of tortilla chips & salsa. | 11am-7pm Closed Sunday

Growing up in California, I have a strong sense of what makes authentic Mexican food, and unfortunately, Damariscotta doesn't quite hit the mark. Despite this, the flavors are undeniably delicious. The cozy atmosphere, with its low ceilings and friendly staff, creates a welcoming environment to enjoy a simple yet satisfying meal.
