The food at Moon Hing is absolutely delicious, and the portions are incredibly generous. Despite the slightly higher prices, the quality of the food is well worth it. The service may have its ups and downs, but the overall dining experience is always enjoyable and satisfying.

Been there 3 times and been closed or say take out only. Why don't they post it on there web site. They suck

They just changed their noodles, so the lo mein is terrible. They cheapened this meal considerably with these limp spiral thin noodles, instead of the flat noodles that were very good - and we will not be going there to eat or for for carry out anymore. Cheap, cheap, cheap, just take it out on your customers and see where that gets you, NO BUSINESS! What a rip off that place is!

Bland at best. Greasy, all the sauces are dark brown, loaded with soy sauce. Chinese vegetables are celery, broccoli & onion-blah. No bok choi, pea pods, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots. Fried rice is terrible! Prices are too high, especially for the portion size. We have eaten there several times, each time saying it's the last. Tried to give them a chance, but I'd rather drive all the way to Bangor.

A large box of chop suey was $10.00! When I got it home and opened it, it was only filled to within 2" from the top...what a rip off.
If I have to pay $10.00 for a box of vegetables with a few pieces of meat in it, I at least expect it to be full! The same thing happened to our friends a while ago...
Yes, their food is very good, but if I order a large box instead of a small, I expect it to at least get a full serving.
Are they trying to cut corners by cheating their customers? Word will get around and they will start losing customers. I guess they don't care if they get a bad reputation?

Love the Moon Hing, Great food all the time! I haven't found a chinese restaurant yet that beats them

Ordered beef lo mein and crab ragoons for lunch. Spent way too much, $21. The crab raggoons taste like they were cooked in either bacon or sausage fat and the lo mein had no flavor. They also gave me the largest order of crab ragoons which I did not order.

I am absolutely in love with the new additions to the menu this year. I stop by whenever I am in the area. For a chinese restaurant in the middle of nowhere really, they are pretty damn good.

i was used to eat moonhing food a lot almost for a year; however, after i found out a hair....a piece of man's hair in the schezhuan spicy chicken and some weird uncooked solid powder('looks' like melted plastic) in egg drop soup (take-out order), i never ever will go to moonhing again. Besides dirty sanitary facilities, tastes are fabulous...i felt kinda betrayed... nice food and nice taste but it disappointed too much
