Went to Darby's with a large party from work. Most people raved that their meal was DELICIOUS. Altho the prices were a bit on the high side. I ordered the "Cajun Fish & Chips" and was disappointed. The portion size was generous and as far as regular Fish & Chips go - it was very good. However, the "Cajun" piece of it - was simply the chef sprinkling some cajun spices on top of the already cooked Fish like an after thought. The seasonings just fell off. It would have been MUCH better if the cajun spices had actually been added to the liquid batter mix the fish filet was dipped in.
