We came here today giving this restaurant a second chance. The first time we came was at the beginning of covid. The food was sub par at best and the servers didn’t know how to properly wear their masks or they took it halfway off their face when talking to customers. TODAY was just awful. The manager actually ended up arguing with us over a refund. So we ordered online and I ordered nachos without beans. And added chili on top thinking it was just a beef chili. Well when we opened the box it was a chili with beans. No big deal but most restaurants would usually call and ask if this is what we would want because we stated no beans on the order. So we go In there and the initial girl was nice about it but the manager was awful. We requested a refund for the food and the manager actually got angry with us basically told us we were incompetent because ALL chili has beans. If she actually knew how to run a restaurant buisness she would realize 1. Not all chili has beans and 2. Customer service in the restaurant industry is key. She has failed at both.
