Reliably fast delivery to a Manchester hotel, featuring delicious pizza and mozzarella sticks. The food quality and attentive customer service make this establishment stand out - their thin crust pizza and tuna and cheese calzone are personal favorites.

The food is absolutely bland and flavorless. It's the same items repeated over and over, but in different form (calzone, pizza, sandwich).

Know that they are busy, but I had the phone slammed down in my ear to put me on hold without a hello, picked up again and told me to hold. Picked up again, no hello, and asked if I was ordering takeout or delivery. When I told her I would like delivery, she told me it would be an hour and a half for delivery in a tone of voice meant to discourage me from ordering. I said thank you, hung up, and ordered from Olympus Pizza; 45 minute to 1 hour delivery and,as busy as they were, much nicer. While it's good to see local restaurants doing a booming business during this time, it's not a good thing at all to make a customer feel like they are surplus baggage to be offloaded. First and last time I call Annula's.

Would give no stars if I could. I've ate here twice. The chicken parm sub was horrid. The pizza was terrible. The sauce was disgusting. The cheeseburger and fries were nauseating. I highly recommend going to McDonald's instead of this place!!

Annula's is an excellent pizza and sandwich shop! Mike and Anna have worked hard for years through thick and thin to have a great business. The food is excellent and the delivery is speedy and food comes piping hot.The others come and go but Annula's is a mainstay in Manchester!
